Tata Steel

You can find us at Pe12, New Park Enclave, right on Office Road in Northern Town. It’s a nice part of Jamshedpur, a bit more open and green than the heavy industrial zones. Even though we’re part of Tata Steel, the atmosphere here in Northern Town is a bit more relaxed. We have a small crew working out of this location, mostly focusing on the planning and administrative side of the business. The 831001 area is pretty central, so it’s easy for people to drop by if they need to sign something or pick up a permit. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s got white walls and basic furniture, and the air conditioner is a bit loud, but it gets the job done. We spend our mornings going through the daily reports and our afternoons making sure the schedules are on track. There is always a lot of tea drinking and a fair amount of joking around to keep the mood light. We've been in this building for a while, and it feels like a familiar second home. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. If you come in, you'll probably see a few stacks of paper and someone on a landline trying to track down a delivery. It’s just how we operate. We like being in this part of town and we just try to keep things running smooth.
