Jamshedpur is a city that was built on steel, and we are right in the thick of it at Kadma. Our address is 186,K F-1 on the G.P. Slope. If you know the area, you know the slope can be a bit of a climb on a hot day. This part of Jharkhand has a lot of history, and Tata Steel is woven into all of it. Our office here is an old-school kind of place. It’s not one of those modern buildings with no soul. You can feel the years in the walls. Living and working in the 831005 area means you are part of a community that understands hard work. We handle the daily business that keeps the steel moving. It is a lot of checking lists and making sure the staff are sorted. The Kadma market is close by, so there is always a lot of noise and activity around lunch time. We like it that way. It feels more human than being stuck in a cold corporate park. The weather in Jamshedpur can go from very dry to very wet in no time, so we are always prepared for that. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets everywhere. We just have what we need to do our jobs properly.
