You can find us over at Flat 78 in the New T.S. Flats. We are right in the B.H. Area of Kadma here in Jamshedpur. It is a very familiar spot for anyone who has lived in this part of Jharkhand for a long time. The building is one of those standard ones you see all over town. Nothing really stands out from the outside when you are walking by. Inside the flat, we have set up some basic desks and metal shelves to keep everything organized. It is where we handle the daily things for Tata Steel Ltd. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays fairly peaceful during the working hours. Most of us walk to work or take a cycle if the weather is not too hot. Jamshedpur summers are quite tough, but the flat stays relatively cool with the windows open. We usually have the fans running at full speed all day. We do not really have a reception desk or a fancy waiting area for visitors. If you come by, you will probably just see us at our desks working through the latest logs or talking on the phone. It is a practical space for practical work. We keep a small kettle for making tea in the corner. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up with the neighbors since the flat numbers are so close together, but we have it sorted out now. It is just a regular office setup in a regular part of town. No big corporate vibes here, just people doing their jobs.
