We have moved our main working spot to C 4/4 in Eden Park, over in Shiv Nagar, Kadma. Jamshedpur is a small world, so moving from one part of Kadma to another was not a big deal for us. This address is where we handle the current operations for Tata Steel Ltd. Jamshedpur. Eden Park is a nice residential area, so it is a bit calmer than the industrial zones. The office is basically just a flat that we have converted into a workspace. We have a few tables pushed together and some chairs that do not quite match. It is the kind of place where you have to take your shoes off at the door sometimes if it has been raining outside. We do not do anything fancy here. No big meetings or corporate presentations. We just sit down, go through our emails, and manage the local logistics. There is a small kitchen where we make tea, and the balcony has a few plants that we try to keep alive. It is a very human space. Sometimes you can hear the kids playing outside in the park or people going for their evening walks. It reminds us that work is just one part of life. We are just a bunch of people doing the back-end work for the steel business in a quiet corner of Jharkhand. We are usually here until six or so, then we head home like everyone else.
