If you know that area of Jamshedpur, you know it can get pretty crowded with students and people heading to the hospital. Our spot is tucked away a bit, which is nice compared to the main road noise. The address is 831018, and it’s a pretty simple building. We don't have any of those big shiny glass walls you see in movies. It’s just a regular brick-and-mortar place where we keep our files and do our jobs. Most days, we just walk in, say hello to the neighbors, and get started. Being near the medical college means there’s always something happening nearby, but inside Kanchan Vihar, it stays relatively calm. We’ve got a few rooms set up for different tasks, and it’s all very functional. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a fancy coffee machine, but we make do with what we have. People around Road No 1 know we’re here, and that’s enough. It’s a decent place to work for Tata Steel Limited without all the extra corporate noise. We just focus on the stuff that needs to be finished before the sun goes down. It’s a practical, local way to run things in Jamshedpur and we're happy with the spot.
