Our office is in the Sakchi area of Jamshedpur, specifically at Sf-3/35 in the Baradwari Flats. If you know Jamshedpur, you know how Sakchi is always bustling. We are right in the middle of it, but inside the flats, it is a bit calmer. The pin code is 831001. We’ve been here for a good bit of time now, working on the different things Tata Projects Limited handles in this city. It’s a practical location. There’s no huge corporate lobby or receptionists in suits. It’s just us in an apartment-style office space where we keep our files and meet up for site visits. Most of the staff are locals who know every shortcut in Jamshedpur. Sometimes the parking downstairs is a bit of a nightmare, but that's just Sakchi for you. We don't do much fancy talk here. We just show up, drink some chai, and get to the tasks on the list. The building itself is older, but it works for what we need. People come by when they have business with the project, and we try to keep things moving. It’s a straightforward setup. No fluff or extra stuff, just a place to coordinate the local work we are responsible for. It’s easy to find once you get into the Baradwari neighborhood. We have a small kitchen area where we heat up our lunch. The walls are a bit plain, but we have some charts pinned up. It’s a working office, not a showroom for guests.
