Tata Motors Limited-Main Hospital-Telco

Our spot is right in the Casualty section of the main hospital for the Telco plant. It is a very specific kind of environment because you never really know what is going to come through the door next. Being part of the Tata Motors setup, we are surrounded by the industrial vibe of the whole area. The building is solid and functional, built to handle a lot of people coming in and out quickly. It isn't a place for sitting around and chatting. We spend most of our time on our feet, moving between the stretchers and the desks. The lights are bright and stay on twenty-four hours a day. You can hear the sounds of the plant in the distance sometimes, that low industrial hum that never really stops. The air smells like disinfectant and old paper. We have a small area where we keep our bags and eat our lunch when there is a gap in the work. The furniture is all metal and plastic, stuff that is easy to wipe down. It is a high-pressure spot, but we have a good rhythm going with the doctors and the guards. We do not have time for much else besides the job at hand. It is just the way things are in a place like this where speed matters. We take our notes, handle the patients, and get ready for the next person to walk in.
