We are located over on Road No. 6 in the Ram Nagar area of Jamshedpur. Being in this city, you’re always surrounded by the sense of industry and building. Our office at C.H.No.11 isn't hard to find if you know the neighborhood. It’s a practical space. We spend our time managing construction services, which really just means making sure things get built the right way. There’s a lot of coordination involved. One day we’re talking to masons, the next we’re looking at logistics for materials. It’s Jharkhand, so we’re used to the pace here. The office is where the planning happens before we head out to the sites. It’s not a corporate suite with a view; it’s a room with some tables and a lot of maps. We try to keep things simple. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to for some official reason. Usually, it’s just work clothes and boots. We’ve been in Ram Nagar for a while now. The neighbors know us. It’s a decent spot to work from because it’s central enough to get to different parts of the city quickly. We focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain slows things down, but we just pick up where we left off. It’s about getting the project finished without making a big fuss about it. That is how we have always operated around here and it seems to work out fine.
