Our office is over at Shanti Hari Abasan on 1 Inner Circle Road in the Bistupur area. It is a pretty central spot for this city, which makes things a lot easier for us. Tarush Marketing has been here for a while now. The building is 1 H/I, and it is a fairly quiet place on most days. We do a lot of our work over the phone or by going out to meet people around town. Inside the office, it is just a standard setup. We have our files, some older computers, and a wooden table for meetings. We don't spend a lot of money on making the place look like a fancy showroom. It is just where we get things done. Bistupur is a busy part of town, so there is always something happening just outside our door. We like being in this neighborhood. It is convenient for grabbing a quick lunch or running errands. Our team is quite small, just a few people who have worked together for a long time. We do not have any fancy titles or complicated rules to follow. We just show up, see what needs to be handled for the day, and then we do it. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when multiple projects land on our desks at once, but we just push through. It is a basic, local business. We have got our routine down and we just keep at it day after day without too much fuss.
