Our location is out in Panch Pandav, Ghatshila, which is a bit of a distance if you’re coming from the main parts of Jamshedpur. Taikisha Engineering India Ltd. has been operating from here for some time now. It’s a different pace compared to the bigger cities. The surroundings are a bit more open, and you can see the landscape changing as you drive out this way. We deal with engineering stuff mostly, so there’s always someone checking blueprints or talking about project specs. The office is straightforward with basic furniture and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. It gets quite hot here in the summer, so the fans are always running at full speed. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. People just walk in, find who they need, and get to business. Jamshedpur is an industrial town, so being out here feels right for the kind of work we handle. There’s a quietness to Ghatshila that you don’t get in the middle of a market. Sometimes we have tea breaks outside just to get some fresh air. The roads leading up here are okay, though they can get a bit muddy when it rains. We just focus on getting the engineering jobs done without making a fuss. It’s a local operation, and most of us live nearby, which makes the commute pretty easy. It’s just a regular workplace doing its part in the local industry.
