Our place is at House Number 184 on Road Number 12 in Zakir Nagar West. It’s just off the Old Purulia Road in the Mango area of Jamshedpur. This Jharkhand location is where Shapoorji Pallonji & Co.Ltd handles its local operations. Mango is a busy part of town, and Road 12 can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't familiar with the layout. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s a practical building that serves as our home base for the work we do in this region. We have a few rooms filled with project files and some old computers that have seen better days. It’s where we sit down to figure out the logistics for our construction sites. The neighborhood is mostly houses and small local businesses, so it feels very integrated into the daily life of the community. We’ve got our signs up so people know it’s us. It gets pretty warm in Jamshedpur, so we keep the windows shut when the dust from Old Purulia Road starts blowing in during the dry season. We don't use any fancy corporate language because we are just regular people trying to finish our projects on time and correctly. We know the local shops and the families living around H.No.184. It’s a straightforward setup for a company that’s been around for a long time. We just do our work and go home like everyone else in Jharkhand.
