We are located over in Azadbasti, near the Shiv Mandir in Jamshedpur. The office is at Madan Mohan Singh’s place, care of Kamala Pati Singh. It is a local spot, very close to the Telco area. Being near the temple means there is always some activity outside. We run Relogistics from here, and it is a pretty straightforward operation. We do not have a big corporate office with glass walls. It is more of a home-grown setup where we keep our logs and answer the calls. Jamshedpur is an industrial town, so things are always moving. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with drivers and making sure the paperwork is sorted for the next day. It gets quite hot in the summer, and the fan in the office makes a bit of noise, but we are used to it. We do not promise miracles or anything like that. We just do the logistics work we are supposed to do. If a truck is stuck, we say it is stuck. There is no point in sugarcoating things. Most of the guys working here live nearby, so it is a local crew. We know the roads around Telco and the shortcuts to avoid the traffic. It is just us, working out of a small place, trying to keep the business running smoothly one day at a time. We do not need anything fancy to get things delivered.
