Our construction business is based in Jamshedpur, specifically in the Dhatkidhi area. We are at 52 HK Apartment in Razzaque Colony, right on Masjid Road. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot going on. We do building work, mostly local projects here in Jharkhand. It’s messy work, lots of cement and dust, but we’ve been doing it for years. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning. We’re usually out on the sites anyway, checking on the progress and making sure the walls are straight. Quamuddin Khan started this to provide solid work for the people in our community. We aren’t some big corporate developer. We’re just local guys who know how to build things. Sometimes the rains make the work slow down, but we just wait it out and get back to it as soon as we can. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. Our work usually speaks for itself when people see the houses we've finished. If you need to find us, the HK Apartment is well-known in Razzaque Colony. We’re often there in the evenings after the site work is done for the day. It’s a tough job sometimes, especially in the heat, but we like seeing a project come together from nothing. We just take it one brick at a time and try to do right by our neighbors. That’s how we’ve always operated and how we’ll keep going. It's just simple building work done by real people.
