Ntpc Ltd

We are located at C-33, Gmp Residence, right inside the XLRI School of Business & Human Resources campus in Jamshedpur. It is a very green and quiet area, which is a nice change from the industrial noise you find in the rest of the city. Being on the XLRI campus means we see a lot of students and faculty walking around, but our work is strictly for Ntpc Ltd. Our office is a simple residence that was converted into a workspace. It has a bit of an old-fashioned feel to it, with thick walls and high ceilings that keep it somewhat cool. We do not have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. We just have our desks and our computers. The routine is pretty steady. We show up, have some coffee, and start going through the reports. Jamshedpur has a specific rhythm to it, very organized and clean in this part of town, and we try to match that with how we keep our records. It is a small team here at the GMP Residence. We do not use any big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the business and human resource files are updated and that everything is where it should be. The summers can be tough here, but the trees on campus help keep things a bit more comfortable. It is a decent place to work, focused and away from the main city's bustle. We just keep our heads down and finish the work.
