Nbcc

Our office for Nbcc is inside Mooncity Apartments, specifically Flat No-B4-F2-E. It’s in the Mango area of Jamshedpur. Working out of an apartment is a bit different because it feels more quiet and private than a main road shop or a commercial building. Mango is a very busy part of the city, and the roads outside are always jammed with heavy trucks and motorbikes. But once you get up to the flat, it’s a bit more peaceful and you can actually think. We have converted one of the rooms into a workspace with a couple of computers and a printer that jams whenever we are in a hurry. We handle a lot of paperwork and coordination from here. Because it’s a residential building, we try to be quiet and not bother the neighbors too much. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist to greet people. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sitting around the dining table looking at project files and drinking tea. Jamshedpur is an industrial town, so there is always some construction or maintenance work going on. We keep track of our sites from this small base. Sometimes we have meetings in the living room area. It’s a bit informal, but it works for our small team. We don't need a fancy glass tower to get our jobs done. We just need space to think and enough room for all our files and ledger books.
