You can find us at M-37/9 in the Telco Colony in Jamshedpur. This place is right in the heart of the industrial side of the city. Everyone around here is connected to the plants in one way or another. Our office is just a regular building in the colony, nothing that stands out too much. We spend our days dealing with heavy machinery and all the parts that go with them. It’s a lot of grease and metal talk. We have a small yard where some of the equipment sits, and the office is usually filled with the smell of engine oil and old paper. We don't have a lot of rules about how things look, as long as the work is getting done. Most of us have been working in this colony for years, so we know all the shortcuts and the best places to get tea in the afternoon. It’s a tight-knit community here. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just look at what needs to be fixed or shipped and we do it. Sometimes the weather makes the work tough, but that’s just life in Jharkhand. We just keep our tools ready and our records updated. It’s a simple, hardworking life, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We keep the doors open even when the dust from the road gets to be too much and the noise from the nearby factory is loud.
