Oriental Refractories is located over in Namda Basti, specifically in the Anand Nagar area of Golmuri. We operate out of house number two on road number four, and you can usually find someone around if you’re looking for Shashi Bhusan Tiwari. Jamshedpur is a big industrial city, so being here in 831003 makes sense for the kind of work we do with refractories. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place in the neighborhood where we manage our day-to-day business. We have been part of this community for a bit, and most neighbors know us by now. It gets busy on our street sometimes with deliveries, but we try to keep it orderly. Working with these materials takes a lot of attention to detail, so the team stays focused on the tasks at hand. We don't have a big corporate lobby or flashy signs out front. It’s more about the actual labor and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the day. If you are coming down Road No. 4, it is easy enough to spot us once you get into the Basti. We handle a lot of different requests throughout the week. Sometimes it's quiet, other times everyone is rushing around to get things finished before the weekend. It’s just a standard local operation where everyone chips in to help out when things get backed up with paperwork or orders. That is how we run things.
