Our office is right on Sidhgora Main Road, which is a busy spot in Jamshedpur. We are across from the petrol pump, so it's easy to find us if you're driving through. Being in a place like Jamshedpur means we deal with a lot of industrial transport. It’s a steel city, so there’s always something moving on the roads. The office is in Post-Agrico, and we have been at this 14L-4 spot for a while now. It’s mostly about managing trucks and making sure drivers know where they are going. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking clipboards. The heat in Jharkhand can be tough, but the office is okay. We aren't a corporate giant with glass walls; it’s more of a practical space where we can get the logistics sorted out. There’s usually a bit of dust from the road outside, and you can hear the traffic all day long. We have a few people working the desks and some folks who handle the yard. It’s a lot of coordination between the different routes. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks of moving freight from point A to point B. It’s noisy and busy, but that’s the nature of logistics work around here. We just keep at it and make sure the paperwork stays in order. We make sure the logs are signed before the guys head out. It's a lot of waiting for trucks to arrive, but that's the trade.
