We are located at B-1/E in the 9th Phase of Adarshnagar, which is in the Sonari area of Jamshedpur. It is a bit of a quieter part of town compared to the main industrial hubs, but it still feels very much like a part of the city. The office is a straightforward space on the ground floor of a building in a residential street. We don't have any big corporate logos or flashing lights to show where we are. It is just a plain door with the name of the ECC division on it. Inside, the space is filled with desks, chairs, and a lot of paperwork that seems to grow every day. Jamshedpur has a way of being both busy and calm at the same time, and our office reflects that. We have a small crew working here and we all know each other well. The hum of the fans is the main sound you hear while we are working on our computers. Sometimes the local kids play cricket in the street outside, and we can hear them through the windows. It is a very honest and practical setup. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. There are no fancy meeting rooms or coffee machines. We just make our own tea and get on with the tasks that need finishing. It is a humble place to work, right in the heart of a local neighborhood where life goes on around us.
