M. V. Engineering

M. V. Engineering is based out of Micro Shed No-7 in Phase-6 over in Ghamaria, Adityapur. It is a small industrial shed, just like the others in this long row. We don’t have a fancy storefront or any marketing. Mostly, it’s just a big metal door and a concrete floor inside. We do a lot of fabrication and general engineering work for local clients. It’s a noisy environment with the constant sound of grinding and welding happening throughout the day. We wear our old work clothes because they always end up getting holes or stains on them no matter what we do. We started this shop because we knew how to handle the machines and there was plenty of work to be done in Adityapur. It’s an honest way to make a living. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix our own equipment before we can finish a customer's order. That’s just part of the job. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a few guys who really know their way around a lathe. We take on whatever work comes our way, whether it’s a small repair or a bigger project. The heat in the shed can be quite something during the summer months, but we just keep the water bottle close and carry on. We aren't trying to be the biggest engineering firm around. We just want to do the work right and go home.
