Larsen & Toubro Limited

Our office is at House Number 5 on Saraswati Path. It is located at the very end of Tank Road in the Uliyan area of Kadma, Jamshedpur. It is a residential part of town, so it is actually quite peaceful compared to the industrial zones. The building is a house, which makes the workspace feel a bit more relaxed. We have a garden out front that is mostly just grass and a few hardy bushes. Inside, we have converted the rooms into offices with desks and plenty of shelving for our records. We are Larsen & Toubro Limited, but here it is just a small team of us. We spend a lot of time on our computers or out on the porch talking about projects. Being in Kadma is convenient because it is easy for everyone to get to. The road can get a bit muddy when it rains, but otherwise, it is a nice enough path. We don't have any big flashy lights or anything like that. Just a simple sign so people know they have found the right house. The neighbors are friendly, and we try not to make too much noise. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do. There is a kitchen where we heat up our lunch, and the smell of food often drifts through the office around one o'clock. It is just a normal, everyday kind of place where we work hard and head home to our families.
