Larsen & Toubro Limited

Our office is in Dahigora, which is part of Ghatsila in the East Singhbhum district. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main city areas of Jharkhand, but it is a nice spot. The post office is nearby so getting mail isn't too much trouble. We are Larsen & Toubro Limited, but on a much smaller scale out here. The office is just a simple building that serves our needs. We have a lot of space for our equipment and the few vehicles we use for site visits. It is mostly dusty roads around here, so things get dirty pretty fast. We try to keep the place organized, but with all the files and gear, it is a constant battle. The staff here are mostly locals who know the area inside and out. We don't really do anything flashy. It is more about getting the job done and making sure everything is running smoothly. In the afternoons, it gets quite hot, so we usually have a break when the sun is at its peak. There are some trees around the building that give a bit of shade. People stop by to ask for directions quite often because we are a visible landmark in Dahigora. We don't have any big corporate signs, just a simple nameplate. It is a quiet life here, focused on the practical side of things without any extra fluff. We just keep our work steady and reliable.
