The office is located at Bhadani Bhawan on Diagonal Road in the Bistupur area. If you know Jamshedpur, you know that Bistupur is a place that never really stays quiet for long. There is always a lot of traffic and people walking by the building. We have been in this spot for a while now. It is a standard office setup, nothing too modern or fancy, just some sturdy wooden furniture and plenty of files stacked up. My day usually involves a lot of meetings and looking over different papers. Sometimes people just drop by without an appointment to discuss their projects or ask for some advice on how to get things started. It is a very hands-on way of doing business. I spend a lot of time on the phone, too, coordinating with different people across the city. The heat in Jamshedpur can be quite something in the summer months, so the walk from the parking area to the office can be a bit of a chore. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around just by people talking to each other in the market. It is a small operation, really. Just me and a couple of others keeping things organized and making sure the work gets finished on time. We take the work seriously, but the atmosphere in the office is usually pretty relaxed and quiet.
