You can find us at House No. 2, right near the Durga Puja Mandir in Uliyan, Kadma. Being here in Jamshedpur, we are right in the heart of a busy residential area. Our office is basically a house that we have converted to fit our desks and all the blueprints we have lying around. It is a bit cramped sometimes, especially when the site supervisors come in to report on the day's progress. We do a lot of construction work around this part of town, so there is always talk about sand, gravel, and finding good laborers. It gets quite loud when the festivities are happening at the Mandir, but we do not mind it much. It is just part of the local life here. Most of us have spent our whole lives in Jamshedpur, so we know how things work in this city. We spend a lot of our time out on the actual building sites, making sure the walls are going up straight and the materials are being used properly. It is dusty work and can be quite tiring when the sun is out. When we come back to the office, we usually have a cup of tea and go over the accounts for the week. We are not some big firm from a metro city. We are just local people who know how to build houses and offices for our neighbors. It is honest work that keeps us busy.
