We are tucked away on the first floor right above the Bajaj service center on O Road. If you know Bistupur, you know it gets crowded, especially near the market areas. We’ve been working out of this Jamshedpur spot for a while now. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’re here most days from morning till evening. Most people stop by when their gadgets start acting up or they need a part replaced. It’s not a glamorous job, just fixing things and dealing with paperwork. The office is plain, nothing fancy to look at. We usually have a lot of boxes lying around because shipments come in and out all the time. Being in Jamshedpur, we see a lot of regular folks who just want their tech to work again. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but that’s just how it goes here. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy posters. If someone walks in with a problem, we take a look. Usually, it’s busy during the lunch hour when people are out and about. We try to keep things moving. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to checking the inventory. It keeps us on our toes. We’ve been at this address for a good stretch of time now and we know the neighborhood well.
