This is a bit of a funny one because the name says Ranchi but we are actually located at Sr-136 in Tube Baridih, Jamshedpur. We are a part of the Hotel Capitol Hill group, but this specific spot is our local presence here. Baridih is a quiet residential area for the most part. Our building is pretty standard for the neighborhood. We handle various tasks related to the hotel business from this address. It’s not a hotel itself where you’d come to stay, but more of a back-office or a coordinating spot. We have a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. The people working here have been with the company for a long time. We know the hotel industry inside and out, but we don't feel the need to boast about it. We just show up, do the work, and make sure everything is running as it should. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We aren't wearing suits every day; it’s more casual than that.
