Our office is located at Road No-9, H-No-7 in Azad Nagar, Mango. It’s part of Jamshedpur over in Jharkhand. We’re set up at Dr Mr Alhtar’s place, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a stiff office. Greenlands Homes Pvt Ltd is what we call ourselves. Being in Mango means we’re in a busy part of town. The roads are always full of people and bikes. We handle our housing business from this small spot. It’s not a huge building with an elevator. It’s just a regular house where we’ve set up some desks and computers. We talk to people about homes and land while we sit in the front room. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just rely on being here and being reachable. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to chat. We keep our files in order and try to stay on top of the local regulations. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of visitors, but we make it work. Jamshedpur is a hardworking city and we try to fit in with that spirit. We just do our bit and keep the business moving. It’s honest work in a familiar neighborhood. We don't try to act bigger than we are. If you come by, you'll probably see us just working through the daily pile of documents or talking on the phones.
