Electrosteel Castings Limited,Kolkata

This is our place for Electrosteel Castings Limited over here in Jamshedpur. We are located at 24 L4 Tansa East, right in the Kadma area. If you know Jamshedpur, you know Kadma is a pretty busy spot with a lot of families and small shops nearby. I usually get in early before the sun gets too hot, though in this part of the country, it feels like it is always warm anyway. The office here handles the stuff for the Kolkata main office but on the ground here. It’s a simple setup. We have a few desks and a lot of files to manage. The streets around Tansa East can be narrow, so parking is always a bit of a headache if you have a big vehicle or a truck coming by. I spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the logs for the day. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains heavy, which happens quite a bit during the monsoon season. We aren't trying to be anything too formal or corporate. It’s just us working through the daily list of things that need finishing. My neighbor often drops by for a quick chat about the local news. Working in a steel city like this makes sense for what the company does. You see trucks moving materials all day long. It's just the rhythm of the place. We keep the gate open during the day so the breeze can come through the front room.
