We operate out of Room No. 110 on the third floor of Kamani Center. It’s on Bistupur Main Road in Jamshedpur, right near the LIC building. It’s a central spot, so we see a lot of the city’s activity from up here. The office is a bit old-fashioned, with heavy desks and shelves full of technical manuals and project binders. We spend a lot of our time going through structural drawings or talking to suppliers on the phone. Engineering and construction in a place like Jamshedpur means you have to be practical and know your stuff. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or a lounge for guests. It’s a place where we get down to business and try to solve the problems that come up on a job site. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we take the stairs, which keeps us moving. We’re often out in the field wearing hard hats and boots, so the office is mostly for the paperwork and the planning stages. We aren't trying to be the most modern or trendy company out there. We just focus on the nuts and bolts of the projects we take on. If you come by, you’ll likely find us buried under some blueprints or heading out the door to check on a crew. It’s steady work, and we’ve been at it long enough to know the ropes.
