You can find us at the Mohini Complex on Anil Sur Path. It’s in the Uliyan Kadma area of Jamshedpur. We are in Duplex 01, which gives our office more of a residential feel than a commercial one. Kadma is a nice neighborhood to work in because it has a bit of character. We are a limited liability partnership, but we mostly just think of ourselves as a small consulting team. The building is easy enough to spot once you get onto Anil Sur Path. Inside, we’ve converted the rooms into workspaces. There are plenty of bookshelves and a couple of old fans that rattle when they’re on high speed. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who need advice on various projects. Purba Singhbhum is a busy district, and being in Jamshedpur means there is always something going on. We don't have a big corporate culture here. It's more about sitting down and working through things one by one. Sometimes we have lunch together in the small courtyard outside if the weather is nice. It’s a practical setup that allows us to focus on what we’re doing. We don't put on any airs or try to seem bigger than we are. We’re just a local business doing consulting work in a quiet corner of Kadma. People stop by sometimes to drop off papers, and we usually have a quick chat before getting back to work. It’s a nice way to spend the day.
