Up here in Gangtok, specifically in Sichey Busty, is where you will find Usizo Beverages & Breweries Llp. The air is a bit thinner here and the roads are quite steep. We operate from this part of the hills, far away from the big crowded cities. It’s a different pace of life. We spend our time working on our beverage and brewery projects. It isn't a massive factory. It’s more of a local operation where we know everyone’s name. Sometimes the weather in Sikkim makes things tricky, especially when the clouds come down low, but we manage. We aren't interested in sounding like a big brand. We are just people from the area who wanted to start something here in Sichey. The work involves a lot of manual stuff and keeping an eye on the batches. It can be quiet some days, which is nice. We don't have a polished website or a team of people to handle our image. This text is as close as it gets to an "About Us" page for us. We just make the drinks and hope the locals like what we are doing. The hills are a beautiful place to work, even if the logistics of getting supplies up here can be a bit of a headache. We just take it one day at a time and keep the brewery going. It is a lot of work but being in Gangtok makes it all worth the effort.
