Sneh Virtual Recruiters is based up in the city of Gangtok, Sikkim. You can find us in the Upper Sichey Area, specifically in the Yonzon Building. We are care of Mrs. Reeta Tamang, who has been helpful in getting us set up here. The air is always a bit cooler up here in the mountains compared to the big cities. Our office is a modest space where we do virtual recruiting. That means we spend most of our time on the internet and the phone, trying to find the right people for various jobs across the country. The Yonzon Building is a well-known spot in Upper Sichey, so we aren't too hard to find. The pin code is 737101. Inside, we’ve got a couple of laptops and some headsets for all the calls we make. It’s often quiet in the office, except for the sound of someone talking to a candidate. We don't have any big corporate mission statements on the walls. We just have a calendar and maybe a few photos of the hills. Sometimes the internet goes out when there’s a big storm, but that’s just life in Sikkim. We wait for it to come back and then get back to our lists. It’s a small, hard-working team here, and we just focus on making those connections between employers and workers. We keep a kettle in the corner to make tea when it gets cold, which is quite often.
