Muringla Villa Homestay

Muringla Villa Homestay is located right in Lingchomgyalshing. It’s our home, and we’ve opened up some rooms for people who are traveling through. We live here too, so you’ll see us around doing the cooking or tending to the garden. It’s a quiet place, away from the noise of the bigger towns. We don’t have a big staff or a front desk like a hotel. If you need something, you just come and find one of us. We spend our days keeping the place clean and making sure there is enough food for everyone. The garden takes up a lot of our time, especially when things are growing fast. We like living here and we think the air is better than in the city. The house isn't brand new, it has its quirks, like a door that sticks sometimes or a floorboard that creaks. We think that gives it some character. People who stay with us usually want to see what life is like in a real village. We don't put on a show for anyone. We just live our lives and let guests see how it goes. It’s a simple way of doing things. Sometimes we sit out on the porch in the evening and just watch the clouds move over the hills. It’s a good way to end the day after all the chores are done.
