Intercraft Engg Pvt. Ltd. is based at 152 in the NEPZ area. We have been in this specific unit for quite a while. It is an export zone, so there are a lot of rules and security around, but once you are inside, it is just a normal workshop. We have our machinery set up across the floor. It is a bit of a tight fit sometimes with all the materials we have stored, but we make it work. The atmosphere is pretty industrial, with constant hums from the equipment. We don't have a fancy office upstairs, just a small partitioned area for the computer and some files. Most of our day is spent on the production side of things. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for years. We aren't big on meetings or long talks. We just get the daily list and start working through it. The NEPZ location is good for us because of the infrastructure here. It gets busy during shift changes, with lots of people coming and going. We stay focused on our own unit, 152. It is a practical place to run Intercraft Engg Pvt. Ltd. and it suits the way we operate. We don't really have a lot of visitors, just the usual deliveries and pickups. It is a working environment where the main goal is just finishing the jobs we have on the schedule. We keep the machines running and the floor as tidy as we can. It is just what we do here.
