Canchan Janga Poly Clinic

It's located right here in Singtam. Being in Sikkim, the weather changes quite a bit and that affects who walks through our doors. Most days it’s just the usual flow of people from the neighborhood. We’ve got a few rooms where different doctors sit depending on the day of the week. It’s not a huge place, just a regular polyclinic where folks come when they aren't feeling right. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors because of all the mud people bring in from the street during the rainy season. There is always someone sitting in the waiting area looking at their phone or reading an old newspaper. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just some health posters and a clock that ticks a bit too loud. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of town. You can hear the traffic from the main road outside if the windows are open. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when several families show up at once, but we just manage. We’ve been at this address for a while now and most people in Singtam know where to find us. It’s just a practical spot for medical stuff. We keep some basic supplies in the back and try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait all afternoon. It’s a job like any other, really. We just show up and do what needs to be done.
