Our workplace is located at Sarojini Bhawan in Khanjan Chak, which is part of Haldia. Being in a place like Haldia means we are often dealing with goods coming to or from the industrial areas. It’s a specific kind of environment here in West Bengal, with a lot of heavy vehicles and a constant flow of cargo. The office itself is inside Sarojini Bhawan, and it’s a straightforward setup. We have our desks, our ledgers, and a lot of grit. We spend our days coordinating with drivers and making sure the loads are secured and ready for the road. It’s not a glamorous life, and the office reflects that. We don't have any corporate art or fancy furniture. It’s just a place to get the logistics done. Sometimes the weather in Haldia makes the job harder, especially when the rains come down heavy. We just keep going because the goods won't move themselves. There is a lot of talking and a fair amount of waiting around for trucks to arrive. We’ve been part of this 721602 community for a while, and we just do our jobs without much fuss. If you come by, you’ll probably see us buried in paperwork or on the phone trying to find a missing trailer. It is what it is, and we just try to keep things as simple as possible in a complicated business.
