Our office is located in the Sutahata area of Medinipur, right here in West Bengal. If you are sending us anything, it goes to the P.O. Sutahata address. Working in telecom services means we are often busy with the technical side of things, but our day-to-day is actually quite simple. We spend our time in this part of Medinipur making sure the local connections and services are functioning properly. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a regular workplace where the local staff gathers every morning. The 721635 area is a place we know well. We have been part of this community for a long time, and many of us grew up just a few miles away. We don't go in for big speeches or complicated mission statements. Our goal is just to handle the daily logs and fix whatever issues come through the door.
