Simplex Infrastructures Ltd.

Located in Kalyanpur, specifically in the Nanda Kumar area of Purba Medinipur, Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. runs its local business without much fanfare. We are tucked away in the village, and that suits us just fine. The office is really just a functional space where we handle the logistics of the construction work nearby. We don’t have a receptionist or a coffee machine in the corner. If someone wants water, they go to the tap like everyone else. It’s a very grounded way to work. Most of our time is spent out on the actual sites, so the office is often empty until the evening when we come back to write down what happened during the day. We have the usual struggles with the internet being slow or the mail arriving a day late, but we don't let it bother us. We just work around it. The local people know us as the folks who are always busy with something or other. We don't try to look like a big city company because we aren't. We are just a group of people trying to get things built in our part of West Bengal. It’s not always pretty and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work is solid. That’s really all that matters to us at the end of the day when we close up.
