We are currently operating out of the G D/1 Ristey Apartment in Haldia. It is right near the Royal Park Hotel, which is what we tell everyone when they are trying to find us for the first time. The office is located in the Haldia Township area, specifically near Makhanbabu Bazar. It’s a lively part of town in Purbi Medinipur. Being a port town, Haldia has a lot of people moving through it, and you can feel that energy when you walk through the bazaar. Our office in the apartment is a bit of a makeshift setup, but it serves its purpose for the work we have here in West Bengal. It’s a lot of managing logistics and making sure the crews have what they need. The rooms are filled with folders and some old computers that still work well enough for what we do. It’s not like the main headquarters in Gurgaon; things are a bit more casual here. We deal with the humidity and the local rain as best we can. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud because the market is so close, but we don't mind the noise much. It’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea several times a day to keep us going. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of place to work.
