Our office is down in Midnapur, West Bengal. We’ve been operating in this area for a long time now. It’s a different pace of life here compared to the big cities. We know the local roads and the people around here pretty well. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day you’re checking inventory, the next you’re out meeting a client. There’s no strict hierarchy or corporate rules. We just get the work done as it comes. Sometimes we have to wait on shipments or deal with local delays, but that’s just how it goes. We don't make big promises, we just try to be reliable. It’s a steady job and we’ve built some good relationships over the years. People in Midnapur know where to find us if they need anything. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task right in front of us until the sun goes down.
