Honeywell Inc is located in the Swati Housing Complex, specifically at C5/3 in Phase-1. This is over in Hatiberia, which is part of Haldia in West Bengal. Being in a housing complex means our work environment is actually quite peaceful compared to the industrial parts of town. We are on the ground level, which makes it easy to move things in and out. It’s a practical setup for us. We have a few rooms dedicated to our daily operations and a small area where we keep our records. Haldia is a unique place with all the port activity, but out here in Hatiberia, it feels more like a community. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the security guards and the other residents in the complex. Our office isn't full of high-tech gadgets or expensive decorations. We just have what we need to get the job done right. Most of our day is spent coordinating different tasks and making sure everything is running on schedule. We don't have a big PR team or anyone to make us look more important than we are. We are just a local office doing our part. Sometimes we have a tea break outside when the weather is nice. It’s a good, steady place to work, and we plan on staying here for a long time. It suits us perfectly and keeps us grounded.
