Vaidil Foundation

We are running things out of Sri Kailash Pandey’s house in the Chanmari area. It’s a quiet enough part of town, though it gets a bit more active during the day when people are heading to work or school. If you look for us, you’ll find we’re tucked away in a spot that feels more like a home than a regular office, which suits us just fine. We started here because it was convenient and it keeps us close to the local community. There isn't much to see if you're looking for something corporate. We have some basic furniture, a few computers, and usually a stack of folders that needs sorting. The porch is where we often end up talking when the weather is nice. Being in Chanmari means we see our neighbors every day. We know who is walking their dog or who is heading to the market. It’s a simple setup. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making things look impressive. Most of our time goes into the actual tasks we have at hand. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit now and people know where to find the Vaidil Foundation. It’s just a group of us trying to stay on top of our work without making a big fuss about it. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
