It’s a beautiful part of the country, but it’s also a hard place to work sometimes. Our address is C/O the company itself, and we’re located in the 793112 pin code. This isn’t a city office with air conditioning and fancy elevators. It’s a working site. We spend most of our time outdoors, dealing with the terrain and the elements. The rain here can be incredible, and it changes how we do everything. We’re involved in mining, which is a straightforward but demanding business. We don't have a big staff of office workers. It’s mostly people who know how to handle the equipment and the land. We don’t talk about missions or visions. We just talk about the day’s production and making sure everyone stays safe. It’s a practical way of living out here. We’re a long way from the big cities, and we like it that way. Life in Shella Bazar is quiet compared to the mining sites, but there’s always something to be done. We just keep moving forward, one day at a time, working with what we have in the hills. The hills are tough, but we have been here long enough to understand how to work them. It is honest work, even if it is very tiring at the end of the day. We wouldn't change it.
