Riit Education Department Shillong

Up here in Shillong, things move a bit differently than in the big cities. Our office, the Riit Education Department, is located right by Rynjah Computers near Don Bosco Square. If you’re familiar with the area, you know it’s a busy spot with lots of students and locals walking by all day. We’ve got the 793003 zip code, right in the heart of things. The weather can be a bit damp, especially during the monsoon, so we spend a lot of time making sure the equipment stays dry. It’s a small place, honestly. We don’t have a massive lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just a couple of us working at our desks, surrounded by cables and stacks of books. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Most people come to us because they’re looking for computer help or some kind of training. We try to keep the coffee pot full because it gets cold in the afternoons. It’s a practical setup. We enjoy being near Don Bosco Square because there’s always something happening outside the window. We’re just a local department doing what we can for the people in Shillong without any fuss or fancy talk.
