Ltd. is based right here, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. Our facility isn't something you’d see in a magazine; it’s a functional building meant for storing and moving food products. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and making sure everything is stored correctly. The weather in Shillong can be quite wet, so we are always keeping an eye on the roof and the doorways to make sure everything stays dry. It’s a lot of physical work, moving boxes and loading vehicles, and we don’t have a big corporate office to hide away in. We are usually right there on the floor, making sure things are moving as they should. Our team is small, and we mostly just talk about what needs to get done before the mist rolls in or the traffic on Red Hill Road gets too bad. We don’t bother with fancy mission statements or marketing talk. We just focus on the practical side of food distribution and making sure we don’t run out of stock. It’s a steady job that keeps us busy from morning till evening, and we’ve grown to appreciate the simple routine of it all.
