Growers Entrepreneurs Manufacturing Andmarketing Services Private Limited is a long name for a small operation. We are located at Umsningumjapung in the Mawkynroh area of Mawlai. You can find us care of Enis Deborah Lyngdoh. We are right here in the outskirts of Shillong. Our work covers a lot of ground, from helping growers to looking at how things are made and sold. It’s a lot for a small team, but we do our best to keep up with it. The office isn't anything special; it’s just where we coordinate everything. We spend a lot of time talking to local farmers and people making things in their own homes. Mawlai is a busy part of town, but our corner in Mawkynroh is a bit more manageable. We don't have a marketing department to write fancy things about us. We just go out, meet people, and try to make the business side of things work for them. Some days we are out in the fields and other days we are sitting at the desk filing paperwork or making phone calls. It’s hard work and the hours can be long sometimes. We don't make big promises, we just try to be useful to the entrepreneurs around here. Being in Umsningumjapung gives us a good base to reach everyone we need to. It’s a practical, local business for local needs. We enjoy the process and the people we meet every day.
