Our office for Clara Crest Consultants Llp is located at Myriaw Villa, which is House No. 145 on Howell Road in Laban. We are right near the Assam Club, so it’s a pretty easy spot for people to find once they get into the neighborhood. Working out of a villa makes the whole day feel a bit different than if we were in a cold office building. It’s got a bit of history to it, and we like the atmosphere here. There are just a handful of us who work here regularly. We don’t have big meetings with presentations; instead, we usually just sit around and talk through whatever needs doing. It is a very hands-on way of working. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for some straightforward advice without all the corporate nonsense you get in bigger cities. We try to keep things grounded and practical. Sometimes the rain in Laban gets really heavy and we just have to wait it out before heading home, but that is part of the charm of being here. We don't really bother with fancy advertising or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the consulting work we have on our desks and try to be useful to the people who walk through our door. It’s a quiet, honest way to run a business. We mostly handle things for folks we’ve known for years, and we prefer it that way.
