BLACK TIGER CEMENT INDUSTRIES LIMITED

Black Tiger Cement is based out of Village Musiang Lamare (Old) in Khliehriat. It’s a bit of a remote spot, but it’s where the work happens. We’ve been here for a while, focusing on cement production for the local market. The village is usually quiet, except for the factory noises. We aren't some massive international firm with a skyscraper. Our operations are right here on the ground in Meghalaya. We employ a lot of local folks who know the area well. The work is mostly about managing the kilns and making sure the bags are filled correctly. It’s physical work that leaves you tired at the end of the day. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just want to make sure the cement is decent and gets to the customers on time. The roads around Khliehriat can be tough, especially during the monsoon season when everything turns to mud and the trucks get stuck. But we keep things moving as much as possible. It’s a bit of a grind, but we like the work. We have a simple routine. Coffee in the morning, checking the stock, and then a long day of logistics. We don’t do any big advertising. People know where we are if they need cement for a project. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. We’re just part of the local industry here, trying to keep things steady.
