VRG Properties LLP is based out of Official Colony in Korukonda. Our office is at Dr No 10-160/2, which is easy to find if you are familiar with the area. It is a local operation through and through. We started this because we saw how much interest there was in East Godavari real estate lately. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff like showing people around and checking the papers for local plots. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just know how things work in this part of Andhra Pradesh. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get out to the fields, but we manage. People come to us when they want someone who actually knows the Korukonda landscape. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out on the roads. It isn’t always glamorous work, especially with the dust and the heat, but it is what we do. We try to be straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. There is no point in making things sound more complicated than they are. We just look at what’s available and see if it fits what someone is looking for. It is a small business, and we treat it that way, keeping things personal and down to earth for our neighbors.
