Trainee In Menakshi Infrastructures

My name is the son of Venkata Ramarao and I’m working here at Chandrapalem. This is our spot for Menakshi Infrastructures. We are located in the Samalkot Mandel area of East Godavari. It’s a busy place with lots of construction stuff going on. Door No 2-123/A is where we keep our files and tools. I spend a lot of time learning how buildings go up. It’s not just sitting in an office. We are out on the sites a lot. The sun can be pretty rough in this part of Andhra Pradesh. We deal with bricks, cement, and a lot of paperwork. Our setup is pretty basic. We don’t need anything fancy to get the job done. My father taught me a lot about this business. We know the local people well. If someone needs something built, they come talk to us. We listen and then we get to work. It’s a lot of responsibility. Sometimes things go wrong, like the materials don’t show up on time, but we handle it. That’s just life in the infrastructure world. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just try to do a solid day's work. The village of Chandrapalem is home. We've lived here forever. It's good to work where you grew up. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the projects.
